Kindred Nursing and Transitional Care - South Marin accommodates 60 patients and residents and is located in southern Marin County, close to Marin General Hospital and community physician offices. We offer quality long-term care as well as short-term rehabilitative care, and we are the proud recipients of a Quality Award from the American Health Care Association.

We are improving our clinical capabilities and staffing in order to accept patients with greater medical complexity than a traditional nursing home. This is increasingly important as many higher acuity patients require transitional care before they are ready to return home.
